

The Bell Red Pepper is an early variety (90 days), vigorous and tall. It evolves from intense green when immature to red, with very fleshy pulp.
Extremely tasty, it can be eaten in salads, grilled and roasted in the oven. It prefers a warm and humid climate, with temperatures between 18ºC and 30ºC during the day.
In addition to its flavour, red peppers are rich in vitamin C, antioxidants and fibre, making them a nutritious and healthy food.
