The Biquinho pepper is a mild, very tasty pepper that can even be eaten as an appetizer. It's considered the new luxury of gourmet tables because it doesn't burn, is incredibly aromatic, and reveals an intriguing sweetness that captivates the palate immediately.
The Biquinho pepper originates from the Triângulo Mineiro region and is part of the aromatic pepper group. Commercial cultivation has grown significantly in recent years because, in addition to being a new market, production is rapid (100 to 180 days) and in large quantities, with a single plant capable of producing between 1,000 and 2,000 peppers.
The pepper should be grown in full sun or partial shade, in fertile, deep, light soil enriched with organic matter, and watered regularly. The pepper plant benefits from weekly fertilization during growth and flowering and biweekly fertilization during fruiting, thus producing even more peppers.
Yellow Biquinho FLAVOR TOP in pickled vinegar, 200g. About 100 small peppers in this package.
